Our team based on our sunny holiday site at Hayling Island Holiday Park are now looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to complete all maintenance duties on site in line with company standards and policies.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- **
- To complete general maintenance around park such as repairs and upgrades to our holiday homes, fixing or replacing a leaky tap to painting wallboards.
- To complete repair jobs raised on the main complex
- To complete the moving and siting of caravans
- To follow ensure all work is carried out in line with the Health and Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, guest and owners at all times
- Maintenance work within the holiday homes under request by Manager
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

- Ability to work outdoors

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: £10.52 per hour

- Hayling Island: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
