An exciting yet challenging opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join the customer facing reception team of our independent Veterinary Surgery just a few miles outside Truro.
Our practice has been designed with innovation and ease of the working day at the fore front of our minds. We like to make the entire day run as efficiently and calmly as possible.
This job role is hugely varied; although the role is based at our reception desk/area it is not a ‘Receptionist’ role...... because it is so much more The front of house face on the reception desk is integral to the smooth running of the practice day to day. You have to juggle a lot of balls (at the same time) and above everything else keep calm so you can deliver kindness to our pet owners walking through the door. The focus at all times is based around caring for our clients and wanting to help them and their pet to the best of your ability.
An example of Day to day activities include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets
- hosting/looking after the clients in the building
- managing the client experience
- answering the phone and replying on our instant messaging platform
- booking appointments
- managing our health club administration
- helping to organise refferals to specialists
- ensuring client queries are answered on time
- taking payments and organising the daily banking
- Liasing with the clinical staff to accurately triage cases
