**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- A passion and desire to partner with our biggest clients to advise them on the right ways to solve their most complex digital challenges in an ever-changing technology landscape.
- A desire to move away from hands on solution delivery into an advisory role, building strong relationships and using your expertise and experience to deliver world class outcomes for our clients.
- Experience in vendor assessment and platform implementation, especially across content management, commerce, ERP systems, and data platforms.
- An understanding of existing and emerging technology strategies for solving complex technical challenges and strong experience in the delivery lifecycle of software and technology platforms.
- Recent demonstrable experience of working alongside and supporting senior business and technology stakeholders to understand their challenges and the proposed routes forward, ideally including presenting to C-Suite and building business cases for change.
- Ability to challenge and complement existing thinking, providing a fresh viewpoint and well rounded solution by asking the right questions, especially when pitching for new clients.
- Strong Leadership experience in the software delivery life cycle and have a solid background and understanding of code and good solution architecture.
- Strong interpersonal skills, connecting effectively with stakeholders and developing empathy with their needs so that you can influence and get buy in for new ideas at a senior level.
