Investment Support Administrator

We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Administrator to deliver a high level of service to the Investment team. Organised and professional, you will provide exceptional administrative support and carry out Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks at initial stages of the investment process, including online ID checks and credit searches. You will assist with investment processes, maintaining documentation and ensure that all relevant information is accessible prior to the drawdown of a loan. Working to tight timescales, you will ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is kept up to date and will provide administrative support in the handover process of new investments to the portfolio team. You will have excellent IT skills and will be able to capture and maintain data for reports, as well as coordinate and facilitate team meetings. Customer-focused with great attention to detail, you will manage customer requests and queries during the life of the loan.

Customer-focused with experience in an administrative role, you will have great attention to detail and always ensure accuracy. Confident and approachable, you will be IT literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and will ensure that the necessary information is recorded accurately onto our systems. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to regulated policies and procedures. Ideally, you will have knowledge or an interest in financial environment and will be keen to develop your own growth and career. You will be educated to GCSE (Grade C / Grade 4 or above) / NVQ or equivalent).
