The ideal person will have; A passion for working with local produce Able to relay product knowledge to customers Preparing the bread, sandwiches, pastries for the day Enjoys working within a team and has a flexible approach to their work Is dedicated to working hard, learn new skills and techniques and has a "can-do" attitude Is energetic and enthusiastic and eager to join a growing team. Is trained in Food Safety and has a general knowledge of Health and Safety at work.
