**Job Description**:
Home Instead are recruiting for Home Care Professionals based across **Glasgow & North Lanarkshire**. We are looking for kind hearted & enthusiastic individuals to join our family delivering care to young adults & the elderly within your community.

**With visits lasting from 1 hour or longer - depending on the client & their needs - there is plenty of time to complete all tasks with dignity and respect while also building fantastic, long lasting friendships**

You don't need previous care experience, we've found that transferable skills come from all walks of life, whether you've been in hospitality, delivery driving, retail, beauty or management. As long as you have a true desire to make a difference we want to hear from you - _Due to the nature of the role you must be a driver with your own car._

**Your Role as a Care Professional within Home Instead**:

- Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, such as personal care, domestic tasks, supporting with medication and companionship.
- Recording and reporting daily visit information through your mobile phone via an app.
- Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, giving you plenty of time to support & then enjoy a good cuppa

**What We Can Offer You**:

- _ Great pay rate_ **£11.00/ hour** **with Double time for Bank Holidays.**:

- ** Mileage allowance - from 35-45p per mile.**:

- _ Set Working Days Every Week - know your days off to plan social activities & holidays._
- 28 days holiday pay (pro-rata)
- Permanent contracts for 16, 20 and 30 hours (depending on availability)
- Company pension scheme
- Individual development plan including access to SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- CASH Refer a friend bonus scheme.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- ** Due to the nature of the role, you would need to be a driver with access to your own transport.**:

- NO experience necessary All we look for someone who is empathic, compassionate, and caring.
- Good level of English.

**Hours of work**:
We have opportunities throughout the East Dunbartonshire & North Lanarkshire are covering full time & part time, mornings, evenings or both

**Qualifications**:
A driving licence is essential for this position due to the nature of the role and travelling to client homes throughout the day.

Additional Information

You role is based within East Dunbartonshire however you may be asked to travel to area's within North Lanarkshire on occasion.
