The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple have an exciting opportunity for a **Membership Events Officer** to join their team.

Location: London

**Salary**: £30,600 per annum

**Membership Events Officer** - The Role:
As one of the four Inns of Court, we are proud to provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers.

In this full-time role (37.5 hrs pw), reporting to the Head of Membership, you assist in delivering and developing the current Middle Temple membership offering.

**Membership Events Officer** - Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and support services for Masters of the Bench, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with professionally and logged into the appropriate database or passed to the correct person quickly and efficiently
- Supervise the work of the Membership Coordinator when coordinating guest information, place cards, toast cards, briefings for the Treasurer and Reader, and menu information (where appropriate) etc
- Act as main Membership liaison staff member with the Events department, to obtain information (function sheets/crib sheets) for forthcoming Middle Temple events
- To analyse financial reports for each and every Membership event, provided by the Events department, ensuring that spending is kept in line with budgets and any errors are spotted and investigated
- Liaise with other departments that are responsible for delivering an aspect of the event to ensure the overall experience is exceptional
