Fairway Homecare are an established CQC care provider and due to recent success, we are expanding our services and team across the following locations, Erdington, Wylde Green, Walmley, Falcon lodge, Mere Green, Four Oaks, Aldridge and Bassetts Pole.

We are seeking positive Senior Carer's to support the service, to deliver high quality person catered care, along with carrying out care calls in the local community. The Senior Carer will have more of a responsible role they will help train and develop and support new Carers in their team and manage their own portfolio of clients, completing reviews and quality checks. There are also on-call duties and you will be required to attend assessments for new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Driver with access to own car
- Alteast 6 months UK care experience
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Flexibility - you will need to be available for some weekend and evening work. You will be working 5 days per week over 7 days
