**Inshore support is looking for caring individuals to join our fantastic team in Kidderminster to support in providing outstanding quality care to individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour patterns.**

**Experience of working with complex needs and learning disabilities would be desirable however is not necessary as full training is provided.**

**We hope to employee individuals who are driven to make difference and improve the quality of life for the people they are supporting as well as developing their own skills to encourage progression.**
- **_To have a sound understanding of individuals needs by reading and adhering to the care plan._**:

- **_Previous experiance working with learning disabilities and Challanging behaviour_**:

- **_Achieved or working towards Diploma level 3 in health and social care or equivalent_**:

- **_To encourage service users to participate in planned activities_**:

- **_Assist in the day to day in house support_**:

- **_To work in accordance with the risk assessments put into place for each individual _**:

- **_Personal care_**:

- **_Maintaining Individuals dignity & practicing confidentially_**:

- **_Administer medication if required _**:

- **_Follow company procedures_**:

- **_Accurate Record keeping_**:

- **_Safeguarding and adult protection in accordance with the company safeguarding policy_**:

- **_Reporting any concerns to Management_**:

- **_Working shifts and weekends plus Bank holidays._**:

- **_Complete up to 1 sleepover a week if service require_ _s_**

**_Please note as of the 11/11/2021 it will be a legal requirement that all employees of inshoresupport ltd have recieved both doses of the Coronavirus vaccine to be elegible to commence or continue employment unless they have a valid exemption._
