**THE ROLE**

The Merchandiser will play a key role in the commercial success of BOXRAW’s online store — ensuring the right products are available, at the right time, and presented in the most effective way. This role will be responsible for driving product performane, and delivering strategic insights that shape how our customers shop and engage with the brand.

You’ll collaborate closely with The Founder, Product, Marketing, and Operations to plan ranges, ensuring they deliver for the business from a brand and trade perspective. Using data to guide decisions, you’ll balance commercial targets with brand execution — ensuring every collection and campaign performs as powerfully as it looks.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Partner with Product and Buying to plan seasonal and core product ranges based on sales performance, trends, and demand.
- Create SKU level PO's based on performance and seasonal demand.
- Monitor trading reports to identify future opportunities, risks, and key actions.
- Merchandise effectively across new products and restocks to enable the business to have appropriate launch cycles and to maximise sell-through and profitability.
- Be consulted for a point of view on merchandising for the BOXRAW website including category structure, product sequencing, and site presentation.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to ensure new launches, collections, and campaigns are represented accurately and commercially.
- Maintain and update product data, ensuring accuracy across all systems and channels.
- Understand the customer journey and use data to influence merchandising and assortment decisions.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure timely product availability and smooth stock flow.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc analysis, planning, and range reviews.

**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years’ experience in merchandising (ideally in apparel or DTC eCommerce).
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
- Confident using Excel and analytics platforms (Shopify, GA4, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A passion for boxing, sport, and lifestyle fashion.
- Permission to work in the UK and reliably commute to our Coventry office is a requirement for this role.
