**Waking Night Support Worker**

**Salary: £19,912.62 per annum (£10.42 per hour)**

**Hours of work: 36.75 hours a week average (73.5 hours over 2 weeks) One week 3 shifts, next week 4 shifts between the hours of 21:45-08:15**

Location: Based at LS17.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker who shares our values to help us make a difference to our service and our residents who have learning disabilities.

Your role will be to provide an ethnically sensitive and person-centred residential care service to members of our local community.

We offer a caring, supportive residential environment forthe residents in our care. As part of this environment, a stable and consistentframework of appropriate routines and behavioural boundaries is seen as beingof paramount importance.

We want you to develop and sustain a warm and trustingrelationships with our residents, thereby promoting their self-esteem, happiness,and emotional health. We want you to encourage our service users to expresstheir views and concerns and to support them to make choices and decisions.

We want you to provide personalised care to our residentsduring the night.

You will ensure the safety and security of the projectover-night with established health and safety procedures, take appropriateaction as necessary, keeping a log of incidents, damage, and danger. Our residentialhomes are well-established with a Good CQC rating and excellent reputation.
