**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Packaging Operations**: Perform packaging tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
- ** Product Inspection**: Inspect packaged products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- ** Material Handling**: Handle packaging materials, including boxes, cartons, wrapping materials, and labeling supplies.
- ** Assembly**: Assemble packaging components, such as boxes, containers, and pallets, in preparation for packaging activities.
- ** Machine Operation**: Operate packaging machinery and equipment,
- ** Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory levels of packaging materials and supplies, notifying supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing packaging duties to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- ** Cleaning and Maintenance**: Clean and sanitize packaging equipment and work areas regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
- ** Teamwork**: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **
Experience**: Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing operations is beneficial but not always required, as on-the-job training may be provided.
- ** Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, in a fast-paced production environment.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products, as well as adherence to quality standards.
- ** Reliability**: Dependable and punctual attendance to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- ** Team Player**: Willingness to work as part of a team, following instructions and contributing to the overall success of the production process.
- ** Communication Skills**: Basic communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors effectively.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands as required.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Qualifications to use forklift trucks such as FLT & Counterbalance certification for plant being operated.
- Overhead Crane pendant operator Cert.
- First Aid Cert.
- Adhesive wheels trained & Cert.
- Manual Handling Awarness.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a busy workshop environment.
