Robertson Bell are supporting a multi-billion-pound, and rapidly growing, property organisation to recruit an interim Capital Finance Business Partner on an initial three-month contract.

Our client is based UK-wide and has an extensive portfolio of live capital programmes which this role is integral to supporting from a financial perspective.

**Key responsibilities of the Capital Finance Business Partner include**:

- Leading on the financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, of ongoing capital projects, typically exceeding £40million in budgeted spend.
- Comprehensively supporting stakeholders, includng programme managers and directors, to understand complex financial information and influence decision-making.
- Providing assurance on business cases, from a financial perspective, for current and future capital investements.
- Managing a team of two direct reports, growing to four in the near future, overseeing workflow as well as supporting professional growth.

Ideally, you will be able to commute into one of our clients' office locations a minimum of once per week however, in the immediate, there is the potential for this to be less frequent.

**You will need**:

- Extensive finance business partnering experience and sound financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Recent experience supporting capital projects or working environment where capital project delivery is the organisations primary focus.
- Qualified, either in a CCAB or CIMA exam board, or by extensive experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, ideally with some financial modelling ability.
- Previous experience managing a team.
