FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR

As a Home & Community Services Field Care Supervisor(FCS), you will be responsible for looking after a group of Service Users and Care Workers within the local community. This will include carrying out risk assessments, monitoring and reviewing care plans, supervising Care Workers, and ensuring all Service Users care visits in the Tower Hamlets area are allocated and running to the high standards expected by APASEN. Responsible for the efficient running of an area and management/supervision of Care/Support Workers and care provided to Service Users within that area.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible. Alongside ensuring, through regular communication, review, and continuous monitoring, that care, and support is always provided in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensure all service users maintain the right to privacy and dignity.

All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters that they might learn in the course of their employment. All staff must ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
