Due to continuous expansion, we urgently require a Sales Customer Service Administrator to work on a full-time basis at European Braking Systems Ltd. This is an ideal role for anyone with previous Sales admin / Customer Service experience looking to work at a thriving company.
**Duties will include**:
- Liaise with TNT for 24 hour delays, damaged parcels, missing parcels, raise claims. Then in turn update the customer
- Intranet updates - logging and resolving complaints
**Outgoing surcharge management**
- Regular statements to those on a surcharge bank or those who we need to keep on top of in general
- Alerts to those on a surcharge bank when outstanding surcharges approaching 9 months
- Arrange collections etc with customers who we collect from - Manage stillages so that we know who has them at any one time
**Warranty claims from customers**
- Advise customers of the process
- Chase warranty department on behalf of customers, especially for claims over 28 days old
- Access to the warranty file with reports etc that they can forward onto a customer
- Ability to action a commercial credit to a certain value in any extenuating circumstances
- Be the conduit between Warranty Dept and customer
- Communicate with the customer over any warranty claims/queries from our warranty dept - so that the sales team don’t have to get involved except in very rare circumstances if say a customer threatens to stop using us etc.
**Returns queries from customers**
- Dealing with new goods return requests
- Processing/administering stock cleanses (but overseen by AB)
- We receive requests for exceptions from time to time. Assess if we can accept as an exception, stock vs sales and handling charge value etc
- Manage admin of impress stock additions and returns
**Customer phone calls**
The right person (dependent on phone manner) could have a list of customers that they contact each week to see if there is anything else that we can do for them, do they have any issues etc, mention any promos that we have ongoing

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
