Due to an increase in occupancy across our setting we are looking to recruit for a full time, Early Years practitioner to join our team.

The appointed practitioners must share our love and passion for childcare, and providing the right environment for children to grow and flourish.

We are seeking to appoint the following:

Core training is provided through extensive CPD opportunities it would be desirable to have prior knowledge in Safeguarding Level 1 and 2, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety.

Purpose of Post

1. To provide a high standard of physical and emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the nursery.

2. To give support to other personnel within the nursery.

3. To implement the daily routine in the base room.

Key Areas

4. To implement the EYFS.

5. Team Work.

6. Liaise with parents.

Responsible To:
Childcare Manager (Deputy Manager in absence of Childcare Manager)

It is an offence under section 76, Childcare Act 2006 to knowingly employ a Disqualified person within a childcare setting. Declarations are in place within the setting to ensure Safeguarding is paramount.
