We are looking for individuals who enjoy problem solving and are passionate about customer service. You will work as part of the Cellar Service team and play a crucial role in our customers being served excellent quality beer all over the UK Our Team areresponsible for supporting the sales teams and customers with their requests to install dispense equipment into pubs as well as supporting the service team on shifts, taking calls from pub teams and providing advice (full training provided) and allocatingengineers to enable them to serve draught beers, ciders and cask ales at the best possible quality.
This is a full time position with core hours being Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:45 with rota shifts to cover the hours of the department which are 08:30 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 - 15:00 on Sunday Approx 1 Saturday shift every 6 weeks and 1 Sundayshift every 13 weeks on average (for which either time of in lieu or x1.5 rate of pay is paid dependent on the shift) as well as a week of 12:00 - 20:00 approx every 13 weeks.
Due to the collaborative nature of this role we ask that you work in the office most of the time; with flexibility of course. When you are working weekends or a late you are welcome to work from home if you prefer.**The Role**
- Processing requests for planned work from Sales Managers and customers.
- Acting as a first point of contact for our technicians.
- Planning and organising their day to day activities such as surveys, installations and speaking to the customer to ensure they are ready for the technician's visit.
- Working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.
- Speaking to customers on the phone, who need assistance with their drinks dispense equipment, determine if diagnostic help can be give over the phone to fix the problem straight away or whether a visit from a specialist technician needs to be booked.
- Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given.

**About You.**
- No previous experience needed, if you are organised and enjoy planning, you will succeed in this role.
- You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers alike.
- You will be enthusiastic, confident and unflappable, with excellent verbal communication skills and able to build great relationships with technicians and customers alike.
- You will be able to effectively use a computer during real-time conversations with customers.
- Great admin skills with high attention to detail.
- You will have a good understanding of the relationship between cost efficiency and quality of work.
- An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
