We have the pleasure of working with a well-known multimillion-pound not for profit organisation, who I am assisting to recruit an Interim Financial Analyst on a six-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role with the head office being based in NorthwestLondon, operating on a flexible hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Financial Analyst’s key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Finance Manager by analysing data to then suggest ways to improve the existing processes in place.
- Assisting with system implementation, which will require testing and writing up procedural documents.
- Hosting and leading frequent Microsoft Teams meetings with stakeholders to communicate all financial movement and variances.
- Manipulating data to aid decision making and facilitate organisation cost reduction while maintaining service quality.
- Producing ad-hoc expenditure reports, under tight deadlines, to highlight areas of concern and explain unexpected results.
This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone who has an interest in large complex data sets and will especially suit someone who is looking to develop in a Business Partner role.
- Previously worked in accounts for a large and complex organisation, one who has various income streams.
- The ability to self-motivate, juggle numerous tasks at once and prioritise effectively.
- Experience liaising with stakeholders from all ends of the business.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
