**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in offices, laboratories, and other areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain cleanliness in break areas and communal spaces.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, particularly when cleaning laboratories.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues identified during cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in an office or laboratory setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Working Hours**:

- Mon - Thu - 5pm to 8pm
- Fri - 1pm to 4pm
