**The Position**

As a Mechanical Smoke Ventilation Engineer you will be employed to work nationally across a range of building types by maintaining and repairing mechanical smoke extract systems. In addition to servicing the installed components and replacing where necessary,you will help design, install, and commission replacement systems where existing equipment has become obsolete. To be considered for this Mechanical Smoke Ventilation Engineer position, you must demonstrate the following:

- 18th Edition Electrical qualification
- ONC, HNC, or HND in an engineering discipline
- CITB H&S Qualified (CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, SEATS)
- PLC programming experience
- Knowledge of BS EN 12101, BS 9999, BS 9991 & BS 7346-8
