work alongside IT Technicians and IT Engineers and where necessary third-party partners/parties to support the delivery of IT to staff and students
have relevant commercial experience within Education IT
proficient with Microsoft operating systems
competent with Windows servers
skilled with Antivirus
hands-on experience with WAN
working knowledge and experience of Cisco
software licences
