**Service/Fast Fit Technician/Tyre Fitter Job Description**

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect and assess tyres for wear and damage.
- Remove and install tyres on vehicles using appropriate tools.
- Repair punctures and damage in tyres as necessary.
- Balance wheels to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation.
- Carrying out mechanical repairs to brakes and suspension components
- Carrying out vehicle servicing and maintainance
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Assist customers with tyre selection based on their vehicle needs.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge, including tyre maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, as tyres can be quite substantial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
