My client is looking for an HR adviser (preferably CIPD level 5 qualified) for a maternity cover position starting immediately until May 23. This is a general HR Advisor position, with a focus on administration and systems too so you will be advanced inall admin tasks.

The role is based in Tring, but homeworking is offered for flexibility, full support form colleagues is available at all times.

Duties to include:

- Lead on HR compliance and administration across all teams, with the support of the HR Business Partner
- Become a superuser of all HR systems and support with training of line managers and colleagues
- Support with local activity for annual processes, including but not limited to performance review, talent review and compensation, internal communications, meeting facilitation and accurate records management.
- Support with learning and development activities across teams. Keeping accurate records of training plans and schedules with management of training organisation.
- Recruitment: setting up and attending interviews, preparing offer letters and contracts, references and keeping accurate records.
- Support with any employee relations issues, through note taking, letter creation and accurate record keeping, and basic training for supervisors and junior line managers
- Holiday and absence tracking and reporting
- Support for all monthly payroll and benefit activity as required, ensuring accurate data is available and communicated in good time for monthly payrolls
- Track holidays and provide reporting as required
- Support health & safety activity

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with the occasional need for additional hours as the workload dictates, you will be organised accurate, proactive and willing to take responsibility.
