My client are a leading light in Fashion Retail with their Head Office in Cardiff. Due to exciting growth particularly across the eCommerce arena we are looking to bring onboard a **Data Analyst (Reporting**, **PowerBI)** to join the Merchandising team.

As the **Data Analyst (Reporting, PowerBI)** you will be responsible for collating and analysing departmental and company performance data to assist Senior Management in making tactical and strategic decisions; to liaise closely with the IT,Finance, Warehouse and Retail Support

On a daily basis the **Data Analyst (Reporting, PowerBI)** will be responsible for:
1. Work closely alongside Heads of Merchandising as the central conduit in cross
- departmental communication.

2. Collate and prepare regular Management reporting in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner. i.e. Weekly Trade, Monthly WSSI and Seasonal Trading Roll ups.

3. Collate and communicate Markdown and Promotional activity and provide reporting

4. Control the co-ordination collating of any ad hoc company analysis and/or presentations for Senior Management and the merchandising function as required.

5. Work closely with Head of Merchandising feeding back any issues and recommending improvements to best practise.

6. Work closely with IT to ensure merchandiser systems are continuous improved in line with the company strategy.

7. Ensure any developments from IT, Warehouse or Finance are effectively communicated to the B & M management and colleagues

8. Work closely with the Finance team constructing seasonal and annual budgets and maintain the budgetary information in the Buyer Plan system.

9. To undertake any other ad hoc responsibilities as required by the business.
