**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring an excellent first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, catering to guests' specific preferences and dietary requirements.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas for events and private functions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Delivery of exceptional hospitality in a warm and friendly manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You must be passionate about delivering consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to our guests whilst reflecting our relaxed approach.
