We are looking to appoint a Team Leader / Training Coordinator to support Our Registered Care Manager, Senior Care Co-ordinator and Director in the delivery of bespoke, trusted quality care to elderly clients that live in their owns homes across south Buckinghamshire.

**Overview of the - **Team Leader / Training Coordinator**

The Team LeaderTraining Coordinator is one of the most important roles within our Domiciliary Care business and is crucial to ensuring the daily Care operation meets the needs of our Client’s and adhering to standards and compliance. Working in a highly reactive environment, a primary function is the administration, onboarding and training delivery.

**Learning the Ropes**

Initially, like all of our Office and Management team, you will spend a little time in the community meeting our clients and delivering some hands-on care in order to understand the expectations we place upon our CareGivers. Simultaneously, and with an appreciation of our field operation, you will start learning the Administrative tasks that will form the core of your role, responsibilities and output.

**Core Responsibilities of the - **Team Leader & Training Coordinator**

The role will be varied, so you will need to be organised, efficient and willing to help out with whatever is required in a highly reactive working environment, as we aim to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and their families:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and their families and efficiently action customer service requests and update client records on Webroster, our client management system.
- Confidently talk potential new clients through the range of care services we offer.
- Deliver Training to new employees
- Create, update and audit Caregiver and client files (hard copy and digital copy)
- Following initial training, be proactive in upskilling yourself on our scheduling software (Webroster).
- Using marketing material created by head office, post content weekly on our social media accounts and website.
- Support the Care Coordinator in getting care visits covered when Caregivers are unexpectedly absent by calling team members that may be able to cover shifts.
- Managing the general organisation of the office environment. Placing stationery and PPE orders as required.
- Create and update excel based trackers that use basic formulas.
- Take new Caregivers through the onboarding and vetting process using our online platform and contact their former employers to gain references.
- Produce training packs, ID badges and PPE packs for upcoming Inductions.

- Must have at least 1 years experience in care & office administration

- Strong planning and prioritising skills.
- Willing to participate in the out of hours emergency on call system.
- Willing to carry out hands on care as required
- Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential.

**Hours of Work & Location**

Whilst this is predominantly a 9am - 5pm role, we deliver care from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days per year so there will be times when working outside of your core hours will be required. You will be based in our office in Hemel Hempstead but on occasions, you may need to visit clients, all of which live within 10 miles of our office.
