Due to expansion, Pattinson Estate Agents have additional openings within our Regional Contact Call Centre. Our well established brand, is continuing to expand, and we are looking for new members to help maintain growth.

**The Role**

This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:

- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Working with buyers and sellers to agree rentals and sales
- Acting as an ambassador of the brand and driving sales
- A good knowledge of the property market
- An understanding of the property sale process
- Well presented, confident and a skilled negotiator at all levels
- Have high energy levels and the drive and determination to succeed
- Be target driven and highly organised
- Ability to adapt to clients’ needs and expectations
- Good computer skills with the ability to use Excel and other software systems
- Excellent communication skills delivering high levels of customer service

**While experience is preferred if you have good proven sales or customer call centre service experience we would still like to hear from you.**

Salary based on experience is basic salary plus competitive uncapped commission from: £18,525k -OTE £30k, we also offer increased pay rates for weekend and mid-week evening hours. We also have 75 on site parking spaces available.
