We are currently recruiting for Carers within aresidential home in the Holbeach, PE12 postcode area. Shift patterns are as follows: 7am - 1pm, 1pm - 7pm or 7am - 7pm. If these shifts / hours do not suit you, we can also offer hours on a casual basis that give you flexibility and work life balance. Simply let us know what you are looking for when you apply. **About the Company** The rate of pay is between £9.67 and £10.02 per hour. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve a Level 2 qualification and a TQUK Diploma in Care. **About You** If you’ve worked in care before, then that’s great as you’ll have a good idea of what to expect. But if care as a profession is new to you, then don’t worry - we’ll provide all the training you need to start your care journey with us, all delivered in anurturing, engaging and rewarding environment. What’s more important to us is that you’re good at communicating with people, you enjoy working as part of a team, you’ll be keen to learn and will want to excel at your job every day.
