**Senior Recruiter**

**Euston - hybrid working - 2 days in office / 3 home**

**Salary up to £55,000**
My client is a world renowned, prestigious organisation who are number one in the UK for their research strength. Working alongside a progressive and driven Recruitment Manager you will form part of an essential team in their brand-new central recruitment function. An exciting role in which you will attain recognition whilst guiding and mentoring stakeholders ensuring the organisation obtains a positive recruitment outcome.

**Main purpose of the job**:

- Managing multiple end to end recruitment campaigns for professional services or senior roles (Head of Department and above) within the organisation to ensure an efficient, cost effective and compliant recruitment process
- Utilising standard and innovative routes to market to deliver a diverse applicant pool
- Proactively generating applicants through various search methodologies
- Working to a defined service catalogue to deliver a value-added service which improves the way they recruit talent, reducing time to hire and cost per hire
- Promoting and developing the organisation as an employer of choice
- Driving their Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion agenda across recruitment
- Continually work to improve processes and follow best recruitment practice
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the supplier landscape is fit for purpose and delivering value
- Lead and contribute to projects in relation to the recruitment strategy

**Qualifications, experience, and knowledge**:

- Proven experience of full life-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment
- Experience of hiring for niche roles
- Ability to build credibility quickly and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient and adaptable
