Are you a Quality Inspector (Mechanical) with experience working within a machine shop or a machinist looking to broaden your skill set, looking for a varied and autonomous role within a well-established company?

On offer is the opportunity for an individual with experience in a machine shop to be involved in the management of the company quality system. They must have a good knowledge of micrometers, calipers and gauges. Experience of CMM is desirable but not essential.

This business specialises in supplying gears and other transmission products to a multitude of industries including the Automotive, Agricultural and Broadcasting markets to name just a few.

**_The Role: _**:

- Quality control and inspection using calipers, gauges and micrometers
- Solve engineering / production issues
- Liaising with the operations manager
- Carrying out system audits - training will be given if no previous experience

**_The Person: _**
- Experience working within a machine shop
- Willing to broaden your knowledge
- Background in manufacturing
