An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join this global component supplier, synonymous with quality and a reputation for excellence.
You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team and be responsible for delivering robust processes and quality improvements along with resolving manufacturing related issues and driving continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for co-ordinating and implementing process improvements, driving quality, productivity and efficiency, and the introduction of standard work and quality procedures.
- Champion a drive towards continuous improvement - process improvements in line with safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
- Responsible for all value stream engineering processes and production support.
- Work instruction and SOP creation, control and revision.
- Implement and manage corrective actions and root cause analysis.
- Driving productivity improvements through waste reduction.
- Overall equipment effectiveness implementation and control
- Perform quality audits within the Value Stream.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience within an mechanical / manufactured component environment
- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
