The Shop Supervisor at Mail Room ETC Ltd is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and high operational standards. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth execution of all shop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and manage part-time and full-time staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our services.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure that all products and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately, including end-of-day reconciliations. - Collaborate with the Business Support Manager and other team members to develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and gather feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: £30,700.00-£33,700.00 per year
