We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Support Workers to join the friendly team our this new location. Vivacare require you to have a Level 3 in Health and Social care or are willing to work towards this. It is essential that you have a good understanding on how to support resident's with Mental Health needs. The right applicant must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and have experience with administration of medication. As a Senior Support worker part of your role will be to carry out monthly supervisions on your staff team, previous experience on this would be desirable but not essential. Leadership is essential in ensuring the home is ran smoothly in the absence of the management team.
