**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors

**Skills**:

- Experience in hourly care, homecare, settings is preferred
- Ability to drive and transport individuals to appointments or activities
- Knowledge of adult care practices for individuals requiring care within their own home
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle stressful circumstances with patience
- Good Record Keeping & IT skills
- Commitment to attend induction training and on-going training as needed
