Including Company vehicle and fuel card plus overtime/callout premiums

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Supervisor. Based in North Lancarkshire. We are offering a salary of up to £37,500 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more

You will primarily be supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.

What the role Involves
- Supervision of contract activities, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability and satisfaction through effective resource
- Monitor work delivery, progression & completion via ongoing site visits to ensure works are adequately resourced
- Compiling management reports on operational activities, initiatives, and performance.
- Manage employees’ performance, coach and develop individuals in their roles
- Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitments to best practice with legislation

About you

We are looking for a an experienced supervisor with a trade background. You will need to have excellent customer service, be a team player but also use your own initiative whilst lone working on site.
