Funding 4 Education is the UK's specialist in education leasing, with over 3500 schools praising us for the work we do We are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in our modern officein Wilmslow.

Both Term-time and Full-time positions are available.

**About Us**

We're currently helping over 3500 schools nation-wide to get the equipment they need.

For over a decade, the Funding 4 Education leasing program has been helping schools of all shapes and sizes to get the equipment they need, when they need it. Working exclusively in the education sector, our flexible independent leasing solutions permitsschools to get the equipment they need, rather than what their budget permits, allowing the school to deliver the ultimate teaching experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking and making calls to schools and assisting them with any queries relating to their lease agreement
- Work with the supplier team to source solutions your clients may want to lease
- Complete the settlements process where schools don’t want to upgrade their equipment
- Raise awareness of our services when developing relationships with schools
- Proactively contact schools, making sure they’ve received their invoice and to find out how their payment process works
- Assist in the collection of payments that fall into arrears whilst working with the team to achieve weekly targets
- Follow credit control procedures and issue late payment charges where necessary
- Any other duties considered as reasonable by management

**Required Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum grade C at GCSE or equivalent at Maths and English
- Be dynamic and professional with exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service and/or credit control experience - mandatory
