Global organisation operating across 90+ countries is seeking to secure an Enterprise Integrations Architect. The Enterprise Integrations Architect will own & drive the Integration Strategy, Roadmap, Standards & Design Patterns.
**ROLE**:

- Own & drive the Integration Strategy, Roadmap, Standards & Design Patterns.
- Assist in the development of - Enterprise Architecture Strategy, Roadmap, Business & Technology Capabilities & Frameworks.
- Oversee integration platform implementation and advice on its governance.
- Oversee the implementation of the integrations, go-live and handover to the operations team.
- Collaborate with global users across the organisation & development team to Architect, Design, Plan & Deliver solutions.
- Developing and adapting existing business solutions, as well as creating new solutions.
- Oversee the integration development work performed by the professional services.
- Technical leadership in architecting End-to-End solutions - ensuring implementation in-line with the architectural principles & industry best practices, information security guidelines - extensible and scalable for future needs.
- Communicate integration guidelines to all stakeholders.
- Advise on any potential technical conflicts.
- Provide estimations for integration-related project tasks.
- Proactively identify and manage technical risks/issues.
- Create and maintain architectural & design artefacts.

**Technical Skills / Experience Required**:

- Working on Integration Strategies, Roadmaps, Standards & Design patterns.
- Working on Enterprise/ Business Architecture Strategies, Roadmaps, Business & Technology Capabilities & Frameworks.
- Managing large integration projects - ideally in complex & multinational environments.
- Architecture background - covers the whole spectrum from Infrastructure to Applications.
- Creating Design documents - for various integration points & designing business process flows.
- Understanding of Web Services (REST, SOAP), SOA, APIs & Micro Services.
- Leadership - matrix management - able to lead project teams - motivate and mobilise individuals.
- Good communication skills - written & oral English - good presentation skills - can communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic - takes ownership to deliver business value.
- Cultural awareness - desirable to have delivered solutions internationally.

**Desirable**:

- Implementing Azure & Dell Boomi integration frameworks - leveraging any MDH components.
- Agile project delivery environment.
