**THE COMPANY**
An independent market research agency specialising in research-based insight that leads to great content for technology vendors. Different from other research companies because they really put the client at the heart of everything that they do, making themcontinuously want to work with them. They work with tons of broadly well know clients and some big names in the tech industry
**THE ROLE**
The role has a few aspects to it making it a really exciting varied role but the main objectives of the role, whilst having tons of support from the RMs are:
- Questionnaire design for research projects that meets client objectives
- Engaging and accurate data analysis and storytelling within written deliverables
- Strong and frequent client management throughout project lifecycles
- Peer reviewing of other team member's work to ensure quality and accuracy, and to share knowledge across the team on various topics
- Unsurpassed levels of customer support throughout projects, and afterward to support clients meeting their objectives
- Running and managing projects profitably
- Supporting other members of the team with their workloads
The majority of your projects will be tailored to your skill set
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
To be a successful Project Manager, the team are looking for someone with some of the following:
- A willingness to please clients
- Good attention to detail
- A strong multitasker
- Good ability to manage project work alongside other tasks such as innovation projects
- Proven working knowledge of quantitative research methods from work experience in a relevant business
- Demonstrates good client management/interactions
- Demonstrates ability to analyse data and create an interesting story from it
**SALARY & BENEFITS**
