**Senior Bookkeeping Manager and Digital Champion - Senior Bookkeeper (Work from Home - Hybrid)**

We use tools like Microsoft Teams, Pixie Practice Management Software, GoProposal, Soldo, Breathe HR and lots more.

You will join an ethical accountancy practice with an excellent reputation amongst peers. A third of our team is vegan, which links with our sub-brand Vegan Accountants.

This brand is a growing department within the firm. In addition, we have green values around adopting a paperless office and a passion for technology. We champion this to clients to influence clients to adopt a more sustainable environment.

We have regular team meetings and quarterly get-togethers, usually for lunch. We share company financials with the team and have clear objectives.

Tea and coffee is provided in the office alongside milk (plant-based milk is usually in stock too).

The practice is located in Chingford, and there are many spots to have your lunch, including supermarkets and cafes.

Our team enjoy ownership of their client base and varied workload. We offer the ability to develop and take on more responsibility in the role.

Your hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but there is some flexibility in those times if you need it on specific days.

Your salary will be between £32k and £38k, depending on your experience. We will discuss this further when we meet.

You will also get 20 days of holiday plus the bank holidays and after five years of working with us, your holidays increase to 25 days.

You will work with a varied and exciting client portfolio when you join the team.

Clients are spread across many different industries, all of various sizes, and at stages within their business journey. You will be working with partners of the practice and the other team members.

Day to day, you will be preparing VAT calculations & returns, managing Bank reconciliations and, most importantly, preparing management accounts so our clients can make timely financial decisions.

You will be using Quickbooks online primarily (a few clients are on Xero), Dext Prepare (formerly known as Receipt Bank) and the usual Microsoft Office packages. For accounts production, we use Taxcalc, employee expenses, Soldo, GoCardless to collect directdebits, and Calendly to schedule appointments. We can train you on all this software if you haven’t used it before.
