Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be recruiting a Senior Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Business Partner for an established and instantly recognizable business in Sussex. As part of the wider leadership team, reporting to the CFO and acting as an effectivelink between Finance and the Heads of Corporate Departments.

This role is all about relationship building and providing high quality financial insight and support, robustly challenging decision making and drive continuous improvement in business performance and a focus on cost management. There is a significant transformationproject which this role will be a key part of.

Some of the main responsibilities include leading a small team to ensuring challenge and verification for all business decision requests, working as a finance business partner for the business and senior management teams across the senior Executive teamand delivering the business finance strategy by ensuring that financial outlay is used cost effectively.In addition, you will also be responsible for some elements of financial accounting and regulatory reporting, so a background in financial control willbe well suited to this position. Varied work will include implementing business financial models to critically assess cashflow generation, together with assisting the CFO in providing a financial management framework to aid the Directors in their day-to-dayactivities.
