My client in central Rotherham is looking for an experienced Welder / Fitter.

Responsibilities of the role:
Repair mould equipment to job specification
Mould cavities
Blank cavities
Neck ring match
Baffle match
Necessary modification to equipment to improve production
Record all mould repair work on report sheets
Ability to locate all mould equipment from storage area
Ability to read drawings for inspection and equipment
Communications with Mould Shop Manager regarding any issues
Following job specifications on job cards accurately
Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set

Experience/ Skills:
Previous welding experience essential
Oxy-Acetylene welding preferably
Experience in repair of mould tools preferred
Experience using hand held grinding tools preferred
Experience on milling/turning preferred
Able to read engineering drawings
Tool room Apprenticeship trained
FLT - Desirable

Working Days - 7am to 3pm
