**Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings**

**Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey**

**5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis) 9:00am to 4:00pm.**

**Starting salary up to £16,000 per annum, depending upon experience**

**PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year circa £35,000**
**PLUS Company Car - BMW Mini (unbranded)**

**The Stirling Ackroyd Group are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our Sunbury-on-Thames team, where we can help you become a highly successful Lettings Consultant,as you will have coaching from an experienced and dedicated Director, and will be continually supported by our Training & Development schemes to be the best agent you can be**

**Requirements**:
**As a Lettings Consultant your main responsibilities will be to;**
- Build relationships with clients to establish trust and rapport
- Generate & conduct viewings and market appraisals for residential properties
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process & build long standing successful relationships

**What we are looking for**:

- Ambitious person, motivated to keep learning about the property industry and develop their skills
- Able to work independently and as part of team, with strong relationship building skills
- Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Able to listen, and maintain regular communication with clients and colleagues
- Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
- Pleasant and trustworthy manner
- Confident IT skills, able to work on Microsoft and bespoke programs with accuracy
- Full, manual, clean driving licence
