Great opportunity to join a leading recruitment business in a newly created regional manager role. In this senior position, you will be responsible for a number of recruitment branches across the south west region. A solid team of branch managers are in placeand these are established / well performing teams. This is an opportunity to build out the businesses further and keep them at the head of their market.
We're therefore seeking a highly experienced manager from within industrial recruitment. Please note that this experience is essential for this position. (If you have a strong background in single location management, this could be a step up into regional management).You will work closely with the managers in each location, assisting them with people development and key client acquisition - so it's important that you have a credible background in these areas.
