**E-commerce Product Administrator**

Are you computer savvy with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled communicator and a keen problem solver? You could be the new Ecommerce Product Administrator for Sonny’s Jewellers, an independent jewellery store based in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

We are a proudly award-winning brand who puts our customers at the centre of everything we do. Sonny’s Jewellers is a friendly family business with a wide range of products available in-stock, and we are looking for an E-commerce Product Administrator to help us grow our online product offering.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will be responsible for managing the website, including:

- Adding new products to the website while monitoring key trends and popular seasonal products
- Ensuring all products details and images on the website are up-to-date and correct
- Managing Google Shopping feed and ensuring details are accurate and up to date
- Managing sales, return and dispatch of goods, ensuring this is completed in a timely manner.
- With a goal to grow a successful online business, you will work with the marketing team, recommending products to create content that reflects brand value and makes a memorable impact on potential and existing customers. You will also research and evaluate the latest trends to increase the success of online and social media activity.
- Regular monitoring and reporting on online performance to the MD will also be required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledgeable about diamonds, gemstones and precious metals, or has a desire to learn
- Ability to undertake independent research
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and is able to multitask
- Working on your own initiative

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in data entry or inventory management
- Data analysis skills
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Experience using Shopify highly desirable
- Knowledgeable in SEO
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of or interest in fine jewellery desirable

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff temperature checks are taken each morning upon arrival, anybody unwell will be sent home. Masks are worn by staff on the shop floor and when moving around the building.
