**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for our residents. This will include completing resident requests, acting as the first point of contact for all residents and assisting with administrative duties, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Residents will request for Night Concierge services such as reservations, dry cleaning, event planning etc. and you are expected to have an exceptional knowledge of the surrounding area and ideally connections with the local businesses.
- You will also be required to distribute mail and parcels keeping a delivery log book, managing parking (for residents and for guests visiting), commissioning handyman services, taking requests for repairs, presenting properties to potential tenants.
- You may be required at times to assist with administrative duties such as light photocopying and scan & fax requests; and any other requests as needed.
