TFS Healthcare is seeking an experienced, Principal Scientist for a new, rewarding opportunity to start asap in the Warwickshire area

Principal Scientist **requirement**:

- Bioscience lab experience:

- Must have experience on NGS (If no NGS, please look for the key words listed in the next section)
- Significant experience of working within a genomics lab setting.
- Experience of maintaining documents and working within laboratories accredited to ISO15189:2012 / ISO17025:2019
- Management/supervision experience:

- Direct line management of approximately 4-6 Associate Principal Scientists, including managing performance, development, engagement & welfare and the probation & appraisals processes.

**As a**Principal Scientist**, you will need to hold the following requirements**:

- 8-12 years minimum experience in the field
- HCPC registration
- Must have UK based experience
- Must have full right to work in the UK
