Life Sciences Graduate Sales Specialist

A global medical devices business is looking for a Life Sciences Graduate Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a field based role you should be based in or around Gloucestershire.

Working for an internationally renowned business, you will be joining a sales team who has consistently outperformed on their targets, and where there is great opportunity to develop your sales skills and for long term career development (the successful completion for the training programme takes around 12 months).

**Key Responsibilities **_(these will evolve and develop as you’re moving through the training programme)_
- Developing your sales skills and abilities by committing to learn under the supervision of the senior regional team
- Training customers on company equipment and eventually overseeing product demonstrations in a clinical setting
- Managing specific sales projects within the region from leads, quotes, demos and eventually orders
- Liaising with the sales team and updating systems regarding information from competitor activity, customer feedback and sales leads

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level preferably in Human Sciences or Sports Sciences (or equivalent)
- Previous sales experience R&D, clinical or a CRO environment is preferred but not essential
- Good IT skills
- Eager to learn with a results focused mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills
