We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated CCAB Qualified Accountant to join the Bedfordshire-based part of the East London NHS Foundation Trust Financial Management team in this Finance Business Partner Band 8a role.

Following the promotion within the Trust Finance team of the current post holder, we are seeking an individual who is dedicated, motivated and pro-active with excellent organisational and communication skills to help us provide high quality care to our local community in the Bedfordshire Community Health Service and in the Primary Care services based mainly in Bedfordshire and also in east London.

The post holder will manage a management accountant to provide day to day support in all aspects of the service area’s financial performance and business partnering whilst maintaining an excellent team ethic.

To manage the delivery of accurate and timely monthly performance reports for presentation at Directorate Management Team meetings. To provide comprehensive financial management support to the Directorates including analysis of monthly performance against income and expenditure, annual budget setting, future plans, and developments in financial reporting.

This role is based in Luton where there is no HCAS applied.
