Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for a new, challenging and rewarding position? Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you We have recently had an exciting new role within an Engineering based Manufacturer become available for a Hands-onSupervisor to manage the production staff and processes to ensure production goals are met.

**What will your day to day activities as a Production Supervisor include?**

This position will be based at Stourport working 7am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday and 7am - 1pm on Friday. The role will be responsible for training and motivating line employees, maintain quality standards, planning production, equipment checks, absence reportingand much more to ensure that customer deadlines and met.This role will be working closely with the Project Manager working with a new team with the ability grow in a new position within the company and have influence in its success.

**What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing/Engineer Production environment
- Experience in a supervisory/team-leader/management position ideally working with teams of 5 - 15 people
- Highly organised person with strengths in production planning and assigning workload
- Proactive approach to work with experience being a hands on manager
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Great communication skills
- A hardworking mentality
- Flexible approach to work to be able to take on additional duties if required
- Positive and motivational attitude
- A great team player who is self-motivated
- An honest and reliable personality
