We are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer for an Industrial Manufacturer based in Hastings, East Sussex. This role is for a time served process engineer who will be able to asess industrial processes, take measurements and gather date to developengienering practices, routines and soutions to help improve productivity and product quality. You will also be overseeing and assessing new and exisiting processes and will devise and test new straitegies to improve production via automation. Moreover thsiengineer will be aiming to use lean manufacturing stategies throughout as well as to introduce a continuous improvement culture within the team and business. As amore senior roe you would be expected to aid the engineering team and to train and develop membersof the team to work towards improved efficiencies.
